New features, improvements, and fixes across the platform.
Add Fanout Coverage, Top Fanout Queries, Fanout Activity Over Time, Probed Domains, and Appendix Signals widgets to Custom Dashboard so Query Fanout insights can live on saved dashboard views.
GET /v1/metrics/search-terms now supports uncapped=true so API clients can return every operational search term for a brand instead of stopping at the default list limit.
Query Fanout on Brand Details ranks the internal searches AI engines run for your prompts. Overview includes activity over time and previous-period KPI values. Export the current list as CSV or Google Sheets, sort All queries from the table headers, and include Query fanouts on a share link.
Opening a sentiment keyword now shows the web sources that support that statement, including a combined list from every matching AI answer. Executions with citation evidence are marked in the list so you can open those answers first.
Enterprise and Agency Growth plans can set a custom expiry per shared dashboard link in Settings, or remove expiry so a link never expires.
Isolate branded or non-branded prompts from the Search Terms table, not only from dashboard Query filters. On narrower screens, filter pills stack the title above the selection so more filters stay in view.
Score cards label the hero Latest or Total, show period Ø for the selected range, and can display Leading, Strong, Average, or Attention versus tracked competitors. Chart lists can switch readings. Sources counts current owned domains without double-counting URLs.
Custom dashboards get brand distribution charts, an All / With Your Brand / Without Your Brand citation filter, and a Competitor Matrix that plots brands on two KPIs with optional bubble size.
Brand Insights and Configuration pages now have a Walkthrough control next to the title. Open the matching tutorial in a dialog without leaving the page.
Set an optional Project Name in Brand Settings. The sidebar, brand selector, command palette, and Brand Details page title show that label instead of the tracked Primary Brand Name, so you can use a client or campaign name without changing detection.
Paid Essentials, Pro, Agency Growth, and Enterprise plans can add extra brand slots from Billing without changing plan. Custom plans are not eligible; contact support to add more brands. Extra slots use the same billing interval and renewal as the plan, including a scheduled switch to monthly or yearly. Billing also shows extra-slot cost in the current plan price and can suggest a higher plan when that is cheaper.
Shopping **Overview**, **Merchant Cockpit**, **Product Cockpit**, and **Ad placements** are easier to scan on desktop and mobile without wide tables or horizontal scrolling.
Connect Rankscale to Claude, ChatGPT, or another MCP client while keeping your authenticator app enabled. The identity-confirmation step now presents the second-factor prompt and then completes your connection automatically.
Your assistant can now tell you which sites cite you most, not just which pages, and gets every competitor metric in a single answer. It also stops confusing Visibility Score with Share of Voice, which are two different metrics on your dashboard.
Connect Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor and ask it to set up your tracking for you. Assistants can now create and update search terms, topics, and dashboard views, activate tracking or run terms on demand with the cost shown first, and pull a full execution including the complete AI answer and every citation.
Inspecting a domain on Sources now shows its Share of Voice: how often that domain appears among every domain cited in the same source boxes, with a trend you can view alone or stacked against others.
The Metrics API now exposes the same shopping and ads aggregates as the in-app Shopping tab, including items, merchants, buy-box winners, ad placements, and your own share of voice.
Choose multiple dashboard filters without triggering intermediate reloads. Your final selection applies when the dropdown closes, and zero-result combinations stay selected so they are easy to review and adjust.
Billing now leads with your current plan, usage, and the actions you use most. Change plan, manage billing, and buy credits are easier to find, with a simpler add-credits panel.
Audit V2 now shares the Analysis page with classic Page Audit and a unified History. Page-type and language detection are more reliable, and you can correct a wrong category and re-run the audit.
Search terms are classified as branded or non-branded from your brand name and additional names. Use All, Branded, or Non-branded in the Query filter to isolate each set across dashboard tabs.
Copy an existing Custom Dashboard view to one or several brands in a single flow. Preview how brand-specific filters will map before creating independent destination views, without overwriting existing dashboards.
Dashboards now show Sources between Mentions and Citations, so you can see when an owned URL supported an AI answer even if your brand was not named. The same definition is available in the Metrics API, MCP, and Looker.
Dashboard competitor charts now focus on the five strongest competitors by default, with one-click controls to show the complete competitive set whenever you need it.
A new Fullscreen button in the Custom Dashboard toolbar hides the sidebar, navigation, and filters and switches the browser to fullscreen, so your dashboard tiles get the entire screen. Ideal for presenting or for wall displays.
Hover any chart on the brand dashboard and click the new expand icon to open it in a large, fullscreen-style view, so dense charts with many topics, engines, or competitors are readable without leaving the page.
Page Audit now analyzes the fully rendered page, so JavaScript-heavy and bot-protected sites are read correctly, with redesigned five-pillar results and prioritized top fixes.
If your organization uses enterprise SSO, Rankscale now detects it from your work email. Continue with your company identity provider on login and when you accept a workspace invitation.
A rebuilt onboarding flow that makes setting up a new brand faster and clearer, with a guided first-run experience.

Start a new custom dashboard from another brand's saved view instead of rebuilding the same layout brand by brand.
Upload your own logo and it replaces the Rankscale logo on every white-label dashboard you share with clients.

Connect Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 to bring your organic traffic and search performance into Rankscale, right next to your AI visibility. Now in beta.
Two new Shopping views. A Merchant Cockpit for retailers, covering competing merchants, price competitiveness, and buybox wins, and a Product Cockpit for product brands.
The Metrics API now includes management endpoints, so you can create and manage brands, search terms, and topics, control credits, and trigger runs programmatically.
A dedicated Agency plan plus sidebar brand folders, so agencies can organize many client brands into custom groups like Active, Pitches, and Archived.
Richer citation insights for individual URLs and domains, an improved source analysis inspector, and a dedicated Source Box for exploring where your citations come from.
Build your own dashboards from citation, sentiment, shopping, and data-source widgets, save multiple views, share them read-only, and export to PDF. Now in public beta.
A documented Metrics API for programmatic access to your visibility data, plus a Google Looker Studio connector to build your own reports on top of it.
A single calendar-style date-range picker across Brand Details, with a separate control for how data is aggregated.
Press Ctrl+K (or Cmd+K on Mac) anywhere in the app to fuzzy-search brands, folders, and quick actions, and jump straight to them.
Optionally expose read-only Topics and Search Terms tabs on shared dashboard links, so clients can browse tracked terms and topics without an account.
Track several owned domains and subdomains under a single brand, so citations and sources across all of them roll up together.
The aggregate Brands, Search Terms, and Topics views now live under a single Brands section with a quick switcher, replacing three separate sidebar destinations.
Export Prompt Research results straight to Google Sheets from the new unified Export dropdown, alongside PDF and CSV.
Export your complete citation dataset as a CSV delivered to your inbox, with no in-app row cap for large brands.

Pin notes to the Brand and Search Term timeseries charts to mark launches, campaigns, or fixes, and edit or rename them safely from a dialog.
Choose how often your search terms run, from bi-hourly to daily, weekly, or monthly, to match how fast your space moves and how you spend credits.
Merge duplicate competitor entries, like the same company under two name variations, into a single combined competitor so your metrics stop splitting.
A guided six-step Get Started section with intro videos, key concepts, a credits explainer, and tutorials, so new users learn the platform at their own pace.
